"Counseling offers a safe, supportive space to address problems or challenges we are facing. I believe in holistic health. Bringing harmony and balance to our entire being - body, spirit and mind - provides us with the opportunity to live our lives to the fullest. I also believe that each of us is the best expert on ourselves. My role as a counselor is to help people connect with their strengths and identify the resources that enable them to achieve their goals."
