“I believe that we are meant for meaningful connections with self and others, and that every person has valuable gifts and strengths. I view therapy as a safe place to explore life struggles, identify a preferred way of living, and create a workable plan to achieve personal goals. My role as a therapist is to support my clients and walk beside them as they do this important work.”
