We have a new way to request counseling services – our online form! This short screening takes about 15 minutes to complete. It asks for some basic contact and demographic information, gives you a chance to explain what you need from counseling, and has a place for both insurance information or to ask for our financial hardship form. We can still do all of this over the phone during our regular business hours, but many people will find the online form faster and easier because it can be completed anytime from anywhere. The form will also tell you the length of our wait list, if there is one. Either online or by phone, its is 100% confidential.
