We take most insurance, including some Oregon Health Plan (CareOregon/Health Share, Open Card) and offer a sliding scale for those experiencing financial hardship. Please fill out that form HERE (also available at the end of the Request for Services form).

WAIT TIMES

Insurance companies have strict requirements on adding therapists to their panels. As a result, wait times can vary widely depending on your insurance. As a current GENERAL guideline:

• Kaiser, BCBS, Aetna, Moda, Cigna, Health Share/CareOregon: 2-4 weeks
• Medicare, Optum, certain EAPs: 4 to 6 months
• Counseling in Spanish: 3-6 months
• Counseling in Mandarin: 2-3 months

All calls or messages are confidential. If you call after hours, you may leave a confidential voice message and it will be returned the next business day. Please let us know if we can leave a message if you are not available when we call.

The voicemail and email should not be used for emergencies. If you are experiencing an emergency, please hang up and call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. You can reach the Multnomah County Crisis Line 24 hours a day at 503-988-4888.

The Northwest Catholic Counseling Center is easily accessible to I-205 and I-84, on the #12 bus line, and a quarter mile from the Parkrose Transit Center for MAX light rail. The main door is handicap accessible.
