Emotional Regulation Skills and Mindfulness

$10.00Emotions are a part of everyday life. We may feel frustrated when we’re stuck, feel sad when we miss a loved one, or we can get angry when someone hurts us. While we understand that we feel these emotions regularly, some people start to experience emotions that are higher highs and lower lows. At times, we may be overwhelmed by it. Join us to learn about emotional regulation and mindfulness tools to help manage and respond to emotional experiences.
