SUMMARY:Boundaries: RSVP to Healthier Relationship (July 17)
DESCRIPTION:We all want healthier relationships\, but sometimes figuring out how to improve them can be overwhelming.  We may find ourselves feeling anger\, resentful\, burdened\, or taken advantage of in interactions.  Other times\, we may be receiving feedback that we have crossed a line\, pushed the limit\, or pressured a loved one.  Understanding and setting boundaries are crucial for trust\, respect\, and safety.  Come join us in this workshop to learn what are boundaries\, how to set them\, and ultimately improve relational health. Workshop fee is non-refundable: if unable to attend\, your fee will remain as a workshop credit for six months. \n\nRegistration is required to attend\, registration deadline is Tuesday\, July 15th at 9pm PT. \n**Should cost be a barrier\, call us at 503-253-0964 to request a scholarship rate and register.**

SUMMARY:Couple Sessions plus Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Description\nThe best of both! \nMeet with other engaged couples in a group setting. The workshop is facilitated by trained therapists\, providing an introduction to important topics such as finances\, rituals\, continuing to date\, growing old together and more. \nIn four private sessions with a therapist (certified in using the Prepare/Enrich inventory)\, you and your partner will: navigate marriage expectations; identify strengths and growth areas; learn ways to reinforce strong communication skills and techniques to resolve conflicts; recognize and manage major life stressors; develop a more balanced relationship; begin to understand differences in our habits; and maximize teamwork in our relationship roles. \nThe private sessions are provided in English\, Spanish\, or Mandarin. The workshop is in English. \nOnce you have registered and paid\, your therapist will contact you to schedule the workshop and the private sessions. They will  provide a password for you both to go online and answer the Prepare/Enrich pre-marriage inventory questions. Your therapist will use the information provided by the Prepare/Enrich inventory to tailor your sessions. \nAfter your sessions are complete\, your therapist will follow up with a letter to the priest/pastor marrying you (with your permission via a Release of Information). Because of the ability to tailor sessions\, we highly recommend this option for couples whom this is not a first marriage\, couples that have been living together for awhile\, and couples who have already started their family. \nThe cost is $445. There is an additional $35 cost for the inventory that you pay directly to Prepare/Enrich.
