Why NCC?

I feel truly supported and encouraged here, surrounded by colleagues who lift each other up. This is a place where I grow, not just professionally, but personally, every step of the way.

Lu Lu, LPC, NCC Therapist

I love working here at NCC because their values not only align with my own, but also the support of my colleagues in collaboration, personal growth, and growth as a therapist is more than I could have asked for in a place of work.

Become a Board Member!

The Board of The Northwest Catholic Counseling Center (NCC) provides mission-based leadership and strategic planning. Being a Board member is a great way to help both NCC and our community.

Today, NCC serves a broad range of clients including children, adolescents and adults into their 80’s and 90’s. Certain fundraising efforts are targeted at single mothers and their children. Clients can use their insurance or pay on a sliding-fee scale. No one is refused because of lack of resources. These clients have experienced a myriad of issues including domestic violence, abuse, depression/anxiety and grief. Clients can see their therapist in person at the counseling center or avail themselves of appointments conducted on Zoom. NCC counselors also visit K-8 schools to meet with students and their families.

The Executive Director leads the day-to-day operations and Board members work collaboratively with the Executive Director, an essential relationship.

The current Board includes members with a broad spectrum of experience in business, marketing, engineering, legal, mental health, and finance. You’re invited to join and enhance this multifaceted Board.

For more information, please contact Executive Director Erin Peters at 503 253 0964 or [email protected] .
